Tier 2 Support Specialist

Kyle Porter provides daily support to the employees, clients and systems of Infinity Direct. From desktop support to cyber security, Kyle uses his wide-ranging expertise to maintain critical job functions across all teams. As an Apple Specialist, Kyle also serves as Infinity's in-house iPhone technician and repair guy. Outside of the office, he enjoys gaming and is working on completing his degree in Business Management.
