Focused on revitalizing the brand, Indian Motorcycle set out to launch a brand new motorcycle lineup in 2013. To do so they needed to rebuild and grow a loyal customer base.
Infinity Direct partnered with Indian Motorcycle to build a customer acquisition strategy focused on building brand awareness with motorcycle enthusiasts. Strategic data selection and geo-targeting powered a direct mail and email strategy that drove traffic to a lead-generating landing page. With a heavy focus on user experience, the page was designed responsively for optimal mobile viewing and also pre-populated with the visitor’s information that reduced friction and increased conversion.
Acquisition efforts provided Indian Motorcycle with a database full of valuable leads available for future marketing efforts. More importantly, building awareness across this key segment led to an increase in presales and a successful brand relaunch.
