Email and microsite help promote energy-saving program enrollment
Honeywell’s existing site had been updated and revised multiple times over the years. The site was no longer user friendly and customers were getting lost in content overload and finding the enrollment portion was difficult at times.
Create a user-friendly site so customers can easily navigate different program offerings and enroll.
The microsite has worked well and has been well received by Honeywell and their client. It has acted as the largest asset, providing a wide range of information that is relevant for any customer considering enrolling in one of PSO’s programs. With the updates that are currently in progress, the page will be even more user-friendly and will hopefully result in more enrollments.
