Online display now provides virtual showroom for tile manufacturer

Challenge

RBC Tile & Stone thought their previous website did not perform effectively and did not accurately reflect their brand of being a leading, luxury tile manufacturer. The goal of the site redesign was to refresh the brand and bring forward the high-end feeling of RBC's showrooms to an online experience. Since many of the site users are contractors, architects and designers it was critical for the site to be responsive to mobile devices and tablets.

Solution

Infinity Direct worked closely with RBC's marketing team and ownership to determine the best scenario for a new website. Infinity Direct designed and built a WordPress website that could be managed by internal marketing team resources. Along with how-to documentation and tutorial sessions, the site was developed to make maintenance as easy as possible given the fact there was not a dedicated or experienced developer on the RBC team.

Results

Over 500 users (architects, designers, contractors) have registered for full site access since the site was launched in October 2016. Regular users of the site have complimented RBC on the ease of use and ability to show products from mobile devices to make the design process much easier when on site.
